Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with our online store. As our products are spiritual clothing items, all sales are final. We do not offer guaranteed refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.
 

Exchanges will only be considered in the rare event that the product is damaged during shipping or transit. In such cases, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, along with the original packaging and invoice.

Upon verification and approval of the claim, an exchange for the same product will be processed, subject to availability. Where the exchange is approved due to transit damage, the cost of return shipping and re-shipping will be fully borne by the company. Customers will not be required to pay any additional shipping charges in such approved cases.
 

Requests without adequate proof or those made after the specified time frame will not be accepted. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
