Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any reshipping fees (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.


If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with initiating an investigation with the courier. Courier investigation timelines may vary.

Damaged Items (Aligned With Our Refund/Exchange Policy)
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage

  • Images of the original packaging

  • A copy of your invoice

 

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, an exchange for the same item will be processed, subject to availability.
For approved damage-related claims, all return and re-shipping costs will be fully covered by our company.

No Refunds

 

As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

International Shipping (Optional)
If applicable: customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays or returned packages.
